Know me

I possess an excellent understanding of SDLC and Project Management Life Cycle including designing & execution of Application Architectures and Project Frameworks along with a sound ability to identify risks / issues that could affect a project. In terms of domain knowledge, I am experienced in working on Smart Card Technology, Transaction Automation, Inventory and A/C Systems.

 

I am currently working as Application Manager – IT with Saud Bahwan Group, Muscat, Oman where I work as a Technical IT Team Lead and as a part of the IT Quality Strategy team. I oversee and coordinate day-to-day running of projects and implement traditional software development projects and Agile projects, propose application architectures and act as a Technical Analyst for Microsoft Based Product Development.

 

My key strengths comprise showcasing excellent aptitude as a capable technical manager in scaling and directing complex project deliveries. I possess an integrated set of competencies in Project Management, Application Development & Quality Management, Process Enhancement & Re-engineering Initiatives, Incident Management, MIS Reporting, Technical Support and Team Management. I am skilled in translating business needs into technology requirements that support the company's/clients business objectives and in managing all phases of projects from need analysis & requirements definition to implementation. 

 

Technically  I am expert in  application development and Project Management  in .NET and AS400 environment .
