I am a PMI certified Project Manager(PMP Number: 1727654) working with Saud Bahwan Group Muscat (SBG). Having more than 17 years of experience in SDLC
and IT Project Management.Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and Project Management Life Cycle including designing & execution of Application Architectures
and Project Frameworks.
As a IT Manager in Saud Bahwan , I work for application architecture, design & development and their maintenance. Most of our application developed in Microsoft based platform (VB.NET and ASP.NET) with backend AS400 (DB2/SP and RPG) .
I work as a team lead for gathering requirement from the various user departments, making proposal for required efforts to make the system. Based on requirement desisgn and development cordination carried by me.I am also part of IT Qality strategy team and Application Security group of SBG. As a quality champion, I work for desigining New Process, Policy & Procedure to support our business.

Application Development & Quality Management: Implementing traditional software development projects and Agile projects, proposed application architectures and acted as Technical Analyst for Microsoft Based Product Development. Provided support to ensure consistent application of quality techniques; resolved quality issues by identifying problems, examined solution options and implemented action plans. Facilitating as the PM participating in status review meetings with project team and stakeholders.
